I help individuals and organizations get to the heart of what's really going on — because relationships, money, and work are rarely separate stories.
With 18 years of experience as a relationship and financial coach — rooted in my start as a psychotherapist specializing in marriage and family therapy — and 10 years as a workplace culture consultant working with leaders and their boards, I bring the same core belief to every client: relationships, money, and work are rarely separate stories.
I started my career in 2008 as a psychotherapist specializing in marriage and family therapy, working closely with clients navigating some of the hardest moments in their relationships. Over time, I noticed a pattern that kept showing up again and again: so many relationship struggles were tangled up with communication and money — how people talked (or didn't talk) about finances, the stress it created, the trust it eroded, or the goals it kept them from reaching.
That observation reshaped how I work. Today, I'm a certified wellness coach helping individuals through both relationship and financial challenges, often at the same time, because in real life they're rarely separate.
Individual coaching and organizational consulting rooted in the same idea — trust, communication, and money are deeply connected.
I've spent the last 18 years helping people build healthier relationships — with themselves, with others, and with their money.

Today, I'm a certified wellness coach helping individuals through both relationship and financial challenges, often at the same time, because in real life they're rarely separate. Whether it's rebuilding confidence after a hard transition, changing long-held money habits, or finally getting clarity on what they actually want, I help clients create the kind of trust and stability that holds up under pressure.
For the past 10 years, I've worked alongside leaders and their boards to strengthen the culture, communication, and collaboration that make organizations resilient. I specialize in small to mid-size team engagements, working across sectors — from nonprofits to corporate marketing teams — where the connection between individual behavior and organizational culture is most direct.
My work spans several interconnected areas: human resource development, team leadership, change management, business coaching, and collaborative problem solving. Rather than treating these as separate initiatives, I help leadership teams see how they connect — how a change management effort stalls without genuine team buy-in, or how HR development means little if leadership itself isn't modeling the behaviors it wants to see.
I partner directly with executives and boards navigating organizational change, helping them build the trust and communication systems needed to lead through it — and to solve the harder, less linear problems that come with leading people, not just processes.
If you're a leader or board looking for a thought partner, I'd love to connect →
Every engagement — individual or organizational — draws on the same foundation.
The foundation for honest communication, whether between partners or across a leadership team.
How people talk — or avoid talking — about money, change, and expectations shapes every outcome.
Getting to what someone actually wants, so decisions and change hold up under real-world pressure.
Whether you're an individual navigating relationship or financial change, or a leader looking for a thought partner in building stronger culture, I'd love to hear from you.
